Following the successful completion of KUSCCO Homes estate in 2019 in Kitengela, which comprises 118 duplex units, Cadplan Consultants Limited was tasked with designing a modern commercial center to serve both the estate’s residents and the broader Kitengela community.

The KUSCCO Commercial Centre is designed to be a pivotal hub of activity and convenience, offering a range of amenities that cater to the needs of the area. The facility includes a swimming pool, providing a refreshing recreational option, and a lounge for relaxation and social gatherings. A restaurant is also featured, offering a dining experience that enhances the local community’s amenities.

In addition to these amenities, the commercial center includes various commercial units available for rent, allowing for diverse business opportunities and services to thrive within the space.
