Cadplan Consultants Limited was awarded the Kenpipe Gardens project based on a positive reference from a past client under the project manager. Our role encompassed both the architectural design and project management of this development, which is aimed at providing medium-class maisonettes for sale in Kitengela.

Kenpipe Gardens, developed by the Kenya Pipeline Retirement and Benefits Scheme (KPRBS), is strategically located 39 km from Nairobi City Center, 6 km from Kitengela Town, and just 2 kilometers from the main road. The development is conveniently situated near Kitengela International School, Thorn Grove Academy, and Orchard School, making it an ideal location for families.

The project includes 101 maisonettes, with 54 featuring four bedrooms and 47 offering three bedrooms, each situated on approximately 270 square meters of land.
